Shadows
Kenneth Onulak - Paper Dreams
The methods that Kenneth use are interesting because he use's paper and layers of it with shapes cut out so he puts a light over the top and the light will cast a shadow on the coloured layer of paper at the back.
I am looking into Kenneths work because his work is focused on shadows and that is the subject im working on.

Paul Strand - Porch Shadows
Paul Strand was born in the 1890's so his photographs where in black and white because they didn't have cameras which can take photos in colour yet, but that didn't really matter for Paul Strand because in these photos he was taking pictures of shadows.
Fabrizio Corneli - Dreaming Woman With Animals
Fabrizio Corneli is a good example for what i am doing in my shadow shoot because we are going to use pieces of material to make shadows look like an object.
Shadows Research
These photos were created by using a bright light and placing a coloured sugar paper on top, this created the effect of the fuzzy effect. I then placed a black cut out of a palm tree onto the sugar paper.

Analyse
I think this shoot went well because the different colored glows look a lot better because the city stands out a lot and its better than just having a plain white glow.
I could of tried to mix two of the colors together therefore it will stand out even more.

Photoshoot 3
Plan
I am going to use some cut-outs of Banksy's work because I really like the style of his stencil work.
Shadow Photos
Analyses
I think these stencils were good stencils to use because they are simple and one of the stencils is from Banksy.
I should probably of made a stand for the stencils to stand up against to reduce the shake.

Final Piece
I have decided to go back to the city skyline with the glowing red light in the back ground. I like this effect the light gives of, because it makes the city look like its on fire.
MINIATURE WORLDS
Miniature Worlds consists of miniature figures set in a scene where small ordinary objects are noticed as a big objects, once compared to the figure. Photographers who study on the theme 'Miniature Worlds' create scenes that includes either a piece of food or just any type of object that would seam big up to the figure.
Here are some examples of two photographers who study the theme 'Miniature Worlds'.

My Attempt
Shoot 1
This is my first go at taking pictures in the theme of miniature worlds.
Shoot 2
In this shoot i decided to go with the theme of a art exhibition.
The props I used are different shapes of pasta and used them to be the sculptures and the other Lego men are just simply used as small people to view the pasta sculptures (or steal the sculptures)

Student Feedback
WWW:
1.Its a really creative idea. The way its portrayed is very clear.
2.The lighting is good and it shows a realistic atmosphere .
3.Every picture is in focus.
EBI:
1.You could add a bit more colour (draw little paintings on the backdrop)
2.Lower the camera so its level with the characters.
3.Maybe not have a random star wars guy amongst all the normal characters

Shoot 3
In this photo shoot I wanted to keep the same topic as before but I have expanded on the layout. All though the pasta shapes are in the same place as the previous shoot I have of arranged the Lego figures as if it has a story behind it.
Shoot 4
Plan
I am going to bring in some of my old Lego guns and create a small Lego Art Exhibition stick up robbery.
Outcome
In this shoot I have decided to imply some small Lego guns and create a miniature Lego Art Gallery stick up.
Final Pieces
I decided to keep the idea of the Pasta Art Exhibition stick up.
